Microsoft will give a chance to its customers to pre-order an upgrade of Windows 7 Home premium at a rate 0f $49.99 until July 11 or while the supplies last within the United States. For a short time they will offer the full version of the windows home premium within the Europe at a rate of €49 for a limited only. Only the time will tell will this be enough to hide the failure of the Windows Vista?
